What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all credit cards and certified checks. At the present time we accept Bank Transfer and Bank Checks only.

 

What are your shipping options and charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders being shipped within Riyadh City, and on all orders above SAR 5,000 to any country world wide.  Other than that, we use DHL/FedEx/Aramex/EMS/TNT/UPS services for fees. The fees are the shipping carrier charges.

 

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Actual processing and shipping times vary by your location, the item you order, and the shipping method you pick.

Choose from standard Ground Shipping to Next Day Air. Ground Shipping is estimated to be 2-7 business days, depending on the shipping origin and destination. Other shipping methods will reach you in 3 days, 2 days or even overnight. For orders placed on the weekend (Thursday & Friday), in stock orders begin shipping on Saturday, including priority shipments. Orders shipping from the vendor will begin processing on Saturday.

What is your  price guarantee?

We guarantee our prices! If you find a similar and exact product for a lower price on another website let us know within 3 days of your purchase and we'll refund you 110% of the difference.

 

How do I cancel my order?

We try to process and ship all orders as soon as possible, so often there is not time to cancel an order. However, if you have a question about cancelling an order, please contact us or call 966 55 397 6257

 

I asked that my order be cancelled. Why did it ship?

Because orders are processed so quickly, sometimes we are unable to prevent shipment. If you requested to cancel your order and you received a shipment confirmation email and/or SMS message, we sincerely apologize and will be happy to help you with your return or exchange.
