Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Riyadh by Saudi Post and Federal Express, to arrive in Saudi Arabia within 48 hours from receipt of your order. For International shipments, estimated time to arrive is from 3 to 7 business days.
Saudi Post and Federal Express has been selected as our 1st premier delivery service. However, some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier. If you wish to, you have the right to choose a different carrier.

Out of Stock Items: We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled.

Packaging We do use used carton boxes to package our products for shipping, these carton are not custom fit to our products, there are times the packages may not look too presentable, but we feel that will save your money and our natural resources. Used carton boxes save a lot more natural resources than the recycle boxes.
Shipping Cost The cost of shipping depends on the shipping weight. Packages weight up to 1.0 Kg will cost SAR 50 and will be shipped by Saudi Post Premium delivery with 48 hours domestic. Packages over 1.0 Kg and up to 10 Kg will be shipped by FedEx and the cost will be SAR 75, delivery is with 48 hours domestic.
We may also use any other shipping company as long as the order can be deliver to the customers in the timely fashion.
